Margin per customer is your price, minus payment fees, minus what each customer costs you. Break-even is your fixed costs divided by that margin. To pay yourself, add your monthly pay to your fixed costs before dividing.
This is a simplified version. It ignores taxes, churn and acquisition costs, which the full Banast report includes.
